Why “Millrace”
It beganwith water.
The millrace is the channel that turns a river into work — the first renewable power system mankind ever built. It never asked for attention. It simply moved water to the wheel, and the wheel did the rest.
A thousand years later, the lesson holds: energy is only as good as the way it moves. Millrace exists to advance clean energy systems — for the people who build them, and for the climate that needs them. That is the whole mission.
