For landowners
Your land could
carry power.
Clean energy projects need ground near the grid — and the people who own that ground deserve a partner who is straight with them. Tell us about your property and we will tell you what we see.
What partnering means
A lease you can read, from people you can reach.
Long-term income
A lease turns acreage into a predictable payment for decades — alongside farming, grazing, or whatever the land already does.
The land stays yours
You lease it, you don't sell it. Terms are written to be read, and we walk you through every one of them before anything is signed.
A straight answer, fast
Most land isn't a fit, and we will say so quickly. No months of silence, no pressure, no exclusivity for a project that will never get built.
Does your land fit?
A few thingsmake the difference.
These are guidelines, not gates. Sites that miss one of them are worth a look anyway — the grid is the part that usually decides.
Acreage
Roughly 20+ contiguous acres for solar or storage. Wind needs more.
Near the grid
Within a few miles of transmission lines or a substation.
Workable ground
Relatively flat, well-drained, and clear of major wetlands.
Clean title
You own it, or represent the owners, with no conflicting leases.
How it works
Four steps, no surprises.
01
Tell us about your land
Location, rough acreage, and anything you already know about it. Five minutes.
02
We screen it
We check grid capacity, interconnection queues, and site constraints, then tell you honestly what we see.
03
Terms on the table
If it fits, you get a written offer — rent, term, and what happens on your land — with time to take it to your own advisor.
04
Build and operate
We develop, build, and run the project. You get paid, and the land is restored at the end of the term.
Questions landowners ask
Does it cost me anything to ask?
No. The assessment is free and carries no obligation on either side.
How long is a typical lease?
Solar and storage leases usually run 25 to 40 years including extensions, with payments that escalate over time. Exact terms depend on the site.
Can I still farm or graze the land?
Often, yes — in part. Grazing and pollinator habitat sit well alongside solar. We will be specific about which acres are used and which are not.
What happens when the project ends?
Decommissioning is part of the lease. Equipment comes out and the land is returned to the condition agreed at the start.
Start with a conversation.
Five minutes of detail is enough for us to tell you whether your land is worth developing. No cost, no obligation, no pressure.
